You agree that any dispute you may have with Churchill Recruiting Group, Inc. or its owners, officers, employees, or agents concerning this site or arising under your use of this site or services or information provided in connection with this site or arising under this agreement will be submitted by the aggrieved party for binding arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association.   Any demand for arbitration under this Section must be filed with the American Arbitration Association’s office in Tampa, Florida.  The arbitration must be held in Tampa, Florida, and the arbitrator must be a person with experience in online service operations.

Venue for any dispute will be in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. 

MONETARY AGREEMENTS

Users agree to abide by any monetary contracts entered into while using this site.
